Expertise
Agent governance
Say what an agent may do, record it, hold the decision rights, and check the gap.
AI-native organizations
Change the operating model, not only the tool list, when agents start to act.
Adoption that sticks
Training and change work so a team can use agents without losing the off switch.
Security for action
Treat tool use, data reach, and revocation as the control surface.

The path here
I am Arun Saraswat. I live and work in Dallas-Fort Worth, and I spend my time on a practical question: what an AI agent may do, what must stay with a person, and how an organization keeps the off switch.
I write and teach for the people who have to make that decision. Security leads, architects, counsel, and the executives who own the risk. The work is the operating model, not a tool list. Declare the authority, record what happened, govern the decision, and measure the gap.
In 2026 Asitane Press published my book, The Trust-Autonomy Gap. It is a method for securing and governing AI agents in the enterprise. The reader page and the self-assessment sit with the book.
I am a co-creator of Scaled Agile's AI-Native Learning Path: AI-Native Foundations, AI-Native Value Architect, and Leading the AI-Native Organization. I teach that path as an AI Methodologist.
I founded MindPropel. In 2024 MindPropel Press published Innovait, The GenAI Adoption Framework. I coached enterprise teams at AT&T and Lockheed Martin, and with Agile Scaling Experts. I co-founded Sano USA.
The architecture work includes Verizon LTE, the IBM 2010 Census, Sony Music, GDIT, and FEMA. I studied information systems at Stony Brook University.
I am available remote and on site. A briefing or a working session starts on the speaking page.
